The Theheartknot.com (Site) is owned and operated by theheartknot.com and its associates (The Heart Knot, LLC), Mary Kent Hearon. Please read the Terms and Conditions of Use carefully before using this site. By using this site, you automatically agree to these Terms of Use.

 

We reserve the right to make changes to our site, policies, and Terms and Conditions of Use at any time. By continuing to use this site after changes to these Terms of Conditions of Use are posted, it will mean that you accept those changes.

 

***ALL SALES ARE FINAL!  THERE ARE NO RETURNS.  This includes ITEMS PURCHASED ON SALE OR DURING A SPECIAL HEART KNOT PROMOTION (i.e. Bestie sale or any sale) via ONLINE PURCHASING: Instagram, Facebook, email sale, or another sale that is conducted by The Heart Knot.

 

We gladly accept VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, DISCOVER, and PAYPAL for purchases on line and your card will be processed at the time of purchase.

 

Paypal is extremely secure and you do not have to be a member to pay online.  You may also call us with an order at 803-348-5709 and pay over the phone.  We will gladly accept your call.

 

WHOLESALE POLICY

 

The Heart Knot is happy to offer a list of wholesale pricing for its jewelry.  We can email you a selection of wholesale jewelry.  All first time wholesale orders must pay at the time of initial order by check or credit card.  There is a minimum order of $500.  All pertinent business credit information will be requested and payment must be received at the time of order.  We no longer offer Net 30.   Buyer will be held responsible for all shipping costs and subject to tax.  ROPE

 

COLOR CHOICE & INSTRUCTIONS Some of our ropes  are vintage.  Therefore, they are one of a kind.  With the pendants you may choose from the following colors: Red, pink, purple, black, brown, bronze, white, oyster, oatmeal, turquoise, burgundy, pale teal, and navy.  You may call us or email us with your rope choice of color.  Each rope comes with a tie that should be twisted to securely fasten.

 

SHIPPING POLICY

 

Shipping charges are calculated based on location of delivery, insurance cost, handling and taxes (if they apply). Handling charges are the shipping materials and labor involved in carefully packaging all orders. All in stock orders will be shipped within 5-14 business days of the order via USPS. If you would like an overnight or 2nd Day Air shipping, orders must be placed before noon EST or there is not a guarantee that it will go out that business day. Please send an email if you are interested in purchasing from a location outside the U.S. All taxes and fees associated with international shipping will be added to cost of international shipping and handling. TAXES South Carolina residents are subject to 8% sales tax. New York residents are subject to an 8.875% sales tax.

 

RETURNS

 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We do not accept returns, however, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase*, please e-mail theheartknot@gmail.com to obtain Return Authorization and mailing address. All item(s) must be returned within 14 days from the date received for a refund. All items must be received in original condition and accompanied by a sales receipt. Please pack the item carefully in its original packaging materials so that it arrives to The Heart Knot undamaged. We cannot accept an item for return that arrives to us damaged in transit. For your protection, please send all returns via a track-able carrier. You will be refunded for cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance costs.  

 

REPAIRS

 

If your jewelry is in need of repair, please contact us at theheartknot@gmail.com. Charges may apply and you will be notified once the jewelry is assessed and prior to beginning repair. For your own insured protection, please be sure to pack the item(s) carefully and via a track-able carrier.

 

Privacy Policy    

 

The Heart Knot is respectful of the privacy of its visitors. This notice applies to all information collected or submitted on the The Heart Knot websites. When you place an order with us, the personal information collected may include the following: name, address, phone number, email address, credit/debit card information, billing information to process your order.

 

Gifting

 

 If your order is a gift to be sent directly to another recipient, you will need to submit the recipient’s name, address and phone number. We use this information only to complete your order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent it is necessary to complete that order. We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties. We do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above.
